I bought tile through this company and hired them to do the tile work on my bathroom. The project involved a shower surround, wainscoting, and floor. Everyone associated with the company was knowledgeable and helpful. I wanted a particular tile that they don’t normally carry, but they were happy to special order it for me at the same cost as it was selling for at another retailer. The installation was done skillfully and on schedule. I am very picky, but they always treated me respectfully, listened to my concerns, and made sure that I was happy. Seriously outstanding customer service and great follow through with the entire project. I am very pleased with the way that everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
I’ve personally used and referred the services and products of Molony Tile to many friends, family and clients. I certainly wouldn’t refer a business to anyone that I personally wouldn’t trust myself. Great products, great service and superb workmanship.
We remodeled two bathrooms. Both had tiled floors and one had a shower also tiled. They both are beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. It is very apparent that Woody takes pride in his work by looking at the finished product! The project was completed when they said it would be and dates were always communicated to me. If I would need anything done in my house like this again, I would use this company and ask for Woody to do the project. We hired Molony to lay tile and a backer system for a handicap accessible shower. The process was efficient, prompt and very well done. I recently worked with Molony Tilie for the final stage of our kitchen remodel which was the tile backplash. When selecting the tile, I was given information to consider on type of tile and if there would be any sort of maintenance depending on the material and also amount of grout line to consider. After selection, Steve came to measure and gave some instructions on what was needed to be done by a carpenter in regards to going around the cabinetry lip so everything looks nice. Another company did not come up with this solution. Molony Tile’s recommendation of installer was excellent also, the job was completed in one day and just a great finish to our kitchen.

Whether I send a client to browse on their own, come to select for a client myself, or come with a client to choose products, the experience is always a great one. The project was tiling a bathroom floor. Their communication was great-they let us know when the installer was coming and they worked around a trip we had planned. The installer did a nice job and he was very fast and efficient. We are very happy with how it turned out.
